At Vital Force Digital, every project begins with deep strategy, research, and creative planning — long before anything goes live. That’s why we approach each client relationship with care, intention, and a commitment to real results.

How It Works:

Once a payment is made, we begin allocating time, energy, and resources to your campaign. This includes:

  • Strategy development and campaign planning
  • Market research and audience targeting
  • Brainstorming creative direction
  • Internal prep work to set your campaign up for success

Because of this early investment, payments are non-refundable once the strategy phase has begun — even if the campaign hasn’t yet launched.

What If We Haven’t Moved Forward Yet?

If your campaign has been paused due to missing materials or delays on your end, we’re happy to hold your project in queue and pick it up whenever you’re ready.

In some cases, we may offer a credit toward future services, depending on the scope and stage of the project. Credits must be used within 6 months of your original payment date.

We care deeply about the work we do and the relationships we build. This policy is simply in place to protect the time, effort, and resources we dedicate to every client from day one.
